Some photos here of old friends of mine. These days are long past for me especially since I left Florence, SC and relocated back to the Ohio Valley.

I forget how old I turned this year but hell who's keepin' track anyway? It proably one of my better birthday celebrations of my adult life. I got to spend it with my loving husband and several wonderful people.

Three true characters... left to right was Steve "Titamus", Chuck "da man", and my husband Barry.

*eyes open wide* Ahh yes.. Mr. Robert was there as well. We have the same birthday and the best part is that he has a twin brother, David. Unfortunately only Robert was able to attend and his brother had to work as usual.

Pam and Rusty are the owners of the Rolling Ball. And yes I think he looks quite a bit like Hank Williams Jr.

Barry has a very nice singing voice but I am too shy to sing unless I am VERY comfortable in my enviroment. Pam kinda worked me out of that when I was at the Rolling Ball.

Are we going to sing in to the microphone or just look at it ? Do ya need another cup of courage?

I had never met this lady before the night of my birthday and I never saw her again. She happended to be in the bar that night when we were celebrating and gave me a gift of money for my birthday. I thought that was very nice of her.

Leaf is a family friend that happened to move to SC. He is quite a nice guy and I was quite surprised that he was there to celebrate with us but also very happy.

Out of 2004 and in to 2005

2005 was quite a rough year so I had decided that "This would be the year.. this is the year that I go out, cut loose, have fun, sign a little, live a little laugh a little."  So thats what I did. Barry and I spent another evening / night at the Rolling Ball.

You can tell that not only did I get in to EQ / EQII at the time but I also spent too much time at the Rolling Ball. I gave Pam a picture of my character "Emmijean" to hang up on the fridge that she had out front. Whats even funnier is that Steve, just out of habit, would call me Emmijean instead of Missy when he wanted to talk to me.

2007 New Tattoo - New Beginning

Over the past year or so the Rolling Ball has become a private club for members only. I have stopped in a time or two when I have gone back to SC to visit and such. The place is bigger and looks very nice.

Thank you to Pam and Rusty for putting up with all of us and providing a place for us to have a great time. Also thanks to Pam for pulling me out of that turtle shell I like to hide in so much. I really am an introvert.

I feel like I have to add that 2004 was then end of a new beginning. Moving back to Ohio took a lot for me to do. I am finally back with all of my children where I belong, however I truely miss all of the friends I made while I was living in the south.

I love and miss you all.
